也来请教美西游子， roth IRA conversion

刚刚发现可以convert traditional IRA to Roth, no income limitation.

我有一些以前放的non-deductable traditional IRA,现在还能convert吗？

算作2012tax year 也行。fidelity online tool 说我not eligible, don't know why.

is it too late? 

I do have a few $K in Roth IRA from many years ago.
