what kind of house worthy to buy
I have found a house, IF (just for evaluating if the house is worthy or not), 0 down pay, 4.0% 15yr loan, rent just enough to cover the morgage and property tax. but 4.5% 30yr will yield $400 cash flow. worthy to invest? If yes, should I take 15yr loan or 30yr loan? Thank you for your answer.
