这个月的现金流：

出 = - 3000
进 = 3500

所以 Cash flow = -3000+3500 = 500

我想这是没有分歧的。

但 Net income 就不好说了，因为还有 total costs of operating 和 Depreciation，所以

Net income = 3500 - (3000 - 500) - total costs of operating - Depreciation
   = 1000 - total costs of operating - Depreciation
