There is no AC

Since it is AS.  So if it is re bad, I have to buy it anyway. I thought HOA covers pipes too? Maybe I need to check the HOA regulation. I actually bought one w/o the inspection. But start to think about this time. Since I know I cannot be lucky all the time. Thanks.
