you can motion court to arrest the owner.

depends on judge, if the court find the garnishment defendant(the company) contempt,

1. you may need to send additional sub-sequence questionnaire to garnishment defendant.

2. if garnishment defendant still fail within a state set time limit,

3. you can motion the court to held garnishment defendant ( the company itself )liable for full judgement amount.

4. or further you may motion to have the owner arrested under court contempt.
