有两种收入。

Step 1 - Figuring Cancellation of Debt Income (Note: For non-recourse loans, skip this section. You have no income from cancellation of debt.)

Step 2 – Figuring Gain from Foreclosure

 

你的情况：

1， 赖账的收入。（贷款40 万- 还银行/卖房20万）=20万是收入。

2， 卖房收入：20万-50万 《0，无收入。

如果你不符国会的临时法案的条件，（自住，家庭负资产insolvancy）, 你有可能要按20万收入付税。
