Have a question for you, how you get the judgments against them. Is that right after the eviction? Fill the court paper for judgments, the paper will be mailed to their last known address which probably it's your property rented to then, then go to court for hearing, usually they don't show up, then judge grant the judgment

Or you hire the collection company they charge the certain percentage money they collected,

They will start collecting process; maybe fill another case in court.

I had so many eviction cases sit there I didn't know what to do after that, they judge dismissed the eviction case later.
