The Chinese from mainland are suckers. They come to US to buy houses because they thought they are cheap, compared with China bubble price. But they have no idea the carrying costs of owning real estate in the US.

The Housing market will continue to come down at least for 2 more years & then stays flat for maybe 10 years.

The mainland Chinese are the biggest suckers-- buying luxury goods, etc.
