Thank you all for your kind help! 

I just found #1 applicants' total income is $61k($31k for Hu*****and, supervisor at a local bank; $30k for wife, a beautician at a salon). they have 3 kids(24, 21 and 13) who all live with them.  the scanned credit report wasn't clear enough for me to read. I will check with my agent tomorrow.

 

I will have my agent check 3rd applicant's credit.  the grandma has $70K income.  not sure about the daughter.
