I bought a house with serious foundation wall problem 2 years ag

I bought a house with serious foundation wall problem 2 years ago.  Two walls has serios crack on it. I remember i asked JY101 before we purchased the house, he gave us lots of good advice and we ends up purchased the house.  Have professionals looked at it and i got three type of quotes. 

1.  Braching it with columns $3000- 5000

2. Anchoring it, $5000-8000

3. replace the foundation wall $12000 - 20000

We ends up replacing the foundation wall (old terra cotta brick) with cast in place concrete.  Cost us $15000(including adding foundation drain and sump pump).  We like it, it completely change the basement look.
