bankrupt 房客能租吗？

房租$1275. A widow born in 1948, 2009 死了丈夫 and bankrupted, 房子被 foreclosure. 现在一个银行做 Analyst，年薪 $36k, social security $1.2 k/ month. Credit report has some collection around 2009, other than that it is clean.

能租吗？
