100% agree, but...
but there are many gray areas, that incomes are under reported..
for example, construction related fields such as builders / developers (Rushan), or landlords(me) or realtors(you), higher education can help but not require.
I personally know a concrete contractor, didn't even finish high school, was in special ed his whole school years, owns the biggest concrete company locally, over 100 SFH rentals, live in a 2.5mil home on the lake...of course, he is an extreme case. much of his success is luck....
