them deliver the paper to the tenant.(some fee charged depends the mileage and service.)and sheriff will go with you to change the lock kicking the tenants out.but be careful you have to storage the stuff inside the property for a while since the tenants might come back for it....(in my state(NH) storage period is 28 days....
