我不是Romney的会计师，不知道他具体是怎么避税的。但是大多数富人如巴菲特曾经公开的说过他们的低税率是利用dividend 优惠税率。qualified dividend income has only 15% flat tax. 他们还可以用 business 来避税。我在前文里提到过。qualified dividend is not deduction nor W2 income, will not cause AMT.
