I have the same feeling

A refinance is in process, the appraisal report comes in last week (higher than the value I need) but listed several condition to fix. Mortgage company require me to fix these before proceeding with the loan since the appraiser list these as condition.These things will cost several thousand dollars and the tenant never complained about them.The tenant won't even want to replace them. There must be a way to complain of the bad work of the appraisers. Anybody know how?
