Not perfect score but OK...

They probably have a few late payments...read the report carefully to see if there is any collections-if it is a big amount you may ask them what happened.

However, it is more important to understand that they have sufficient enough income to cover their rent and have some cusion/savings in bank. And also they are reasonable persons...
