6 rental homes under a LLC, still passive landlord

Thanks. I found the old post. It is nice to know I do not have to file 1099.

I have 6 rent houses under an LLC and all bought in 2011 and spent a lot of money repairing. I have their invoices and records of my canceled checks. May I deduct the costs based on the invoices and the canceled checks.
