申请人的eviction记录看不懂，请地主们帮忙！

两个single 女申请合租我的一个SFH(3 bed 2 bath)，租金$1020/month.都是会计。分别年收入5w左右。

其中一个single 女，24左右，两个level 2 matches for eviction record.这两个record是什么意思呀？这个人能租房子给她吗？
