Fund里大概只有15-25%资产是reit stocks，75%以上的资产是directly owned real estate property, 跟这里的同学们做的一样---收租子。 跟平常说的mutual fund不同，它每天的价钱不是trade出来的，主要部分是appraisal得到的。现在明白为什么chart is so smooth？

所以至少现在这个fund是相对安全的，去年的performance是13%。大家如果有这个选项一定要好好利用。
