1. 5 people: couple (50 yrs), 8 yr son, mom(75-80yrs old), sister in law

   the couple works, foreclosred in 2009, credit score 660, the couple looks nice

2. 5 people: couple (50 yrs), two kids (20 & 18 yrs), mom (74 yrs)

   Mom(74 yrs) is primary applicant, work (60K), good credit.

   No info about the couple yet

3. 3 independent persons (friends) (will sign one agreement), all work.
