I wrote a letter to appeal non-guilty. Got the response, need to appear in court somewhere in Albany on 1/31. My first new year resolution: talk to some attorney how to fight this sucker (don’t know how much points or money it means yet). In the end, probably treat is as donation, or 打发要饭的 to be more exact.
