Do you mean 55K? 5.5K is $5,500.00 somebody's petty money.

The cost is 4K/5.5K - Wow, pay 72% cost.

If 55K, you pay 7.2% as the upfront cost to get that money. It is high to me. But if you need it to leverage another big piece of cake, might worth it.
