with the kind of money the lady you know owns, she can be doing anything, anywhere, in any format. she does not need to be a landlady anymore. by doing so as is, she does landlording as a non-personal, non-hand-on management, non-emotional, non-self sacriface pure business, as if she is managing a typical firm.
