Thanks. I belong to a condo that one unit is foreclosed (by judgement), but not auctioned yet. The bank said the owner still owns it legally. We don't know who suppose to pay for the condo fee. The bank said before the sheriff sell, the owner should pay the condo fee.  I was thinking to sue both the bank and the owner in small claim court, does that make sense?
