Can anybody recommend a tx local bank that can do re-fi if you a

Hi,

I have a renal that is located in Dalas area. The mortgage rate is high(6% for 30 years fix). I am thinking about re-fi that loan since the rate has dropped so much from several years ago. But since I have more than 4 loans, even though the house loan to value is under 60%, somehow I have difficuty finding the lender. If it is in CA I can defintely re-fi but the house is in TX so I am thinking maybe some local banks can do that.

Does anybody know any tx local bank that can do that?
