My current job has this benefit-- after 20 years service, I can retire at age 55 with health insurance coverage, like regular employee. That's why I did not take a job from a big pharmaceutical company a couple of years ago. Sure, the pay is much less than what I was offered from the big pharma.

My challenge now is money.:(.
