I agreed with your comments on Milpitas, Fremont etc. However, I only have $50k for downpay, and it was very hard to find SFH under $200k in thoses cities. If there is any, it needs a lot of fix up, which I don't have the skills or gut to deal with. :(

Is there a risk of not being able to find a tenant in Tracy?
