Thank you all.  Well this is the first time my hubby did paintly.  Great he knew how to hold the brush.  He was quite proudly to tell me that he spent couple hours and painted the whole house, while I only asked him to paint two very obvious spots.  I should have asked the handyman to do it. He used to look at the microscope and use that technique to paint the house.  55555. Don't trust him anymore.  I will call the tenant to see if she can make some compromise.  The paint was done before she come in but my contract did not have As it is condition.  lesson learnt.  Next time will surely add that to the contract.  The rent is 1800 a month.
