关键是政客们是在解决问题吗？还是在抓权忙，愚弄小老百姓？美国现状与玛雅文明有共通之处？不仅仅是美国，中国和其他国家很多人都以追逐短期利润为目标。。。It is top down, bottom up problem. Where is the solution??
