請问MrsKwok  how to purchase title insurance owner’s policy

The house I mentioned last time, I canceled and re-bid it. Now HUD accepted my lower offer.  HUD has a designated title company for closing.  Should I purchase title insurance from HUD selected Title Company or should I purchase it from another company? If I purchasing from another company, how closing works?

There is nothing negotiable for contract. Do I still need an attorney for closing? Seems like there is not much an attorney can do for HUD deal.
