fire department broke in, tenant caused fire, what to do?

tenant living in second floor forget to turn off gas burner, caused alarm, fire department broken into the apartment, that was all I knew from the call(at least not so bad), will drive there soon, anyone experienced could please let me know the procedure to handle it?

The tenant is very clean, but caused a couple accidents so far in 7 months: her daughter flooded bathroom, caused water leak in first floor, also she locked herself out with baby inside, now this is the third time, should I consider to get rid of her?
