rimm still has a lot of cash

A few things can be done that might help its stock.

- Get rid of all the divisions that were accquired from Motorola.  Those people are parasites.  They were the dead wood that brought down Motorola.  They have absolutely done nothing good to RIMM.  Time to cut loss and move on. 

- Cancel all development of low-end phones.  There is no way RIMM can compete in the low-end consumer market.  The sub $100 Android phones from LG, Huawei, ZTE will eventually flood into the US market.  RIMM should focus only on the corporate market. 

- Get rid of their New Dehli R&D team.  Those people have not accomplished anything in the past few years. Clearly getting anything done was not their job function.     

- Get rid of one co-CEO.  Come on, what company needs 2 CEOs?  

Buying put might be a way to play the RIMM stock, but it's not a cheap game.
