I only looked at a small area; it may not be representative.I got the info from local city news. I also search new listings in my area on daily base. I just did not see as many  new listings as before, especially this time of the year.Also, I see the listing price is increasing. I already got two this year. I don't have a plan to buy one right now; but I am tracking down the market.
