Corporate bonds or junk bonds have about 60-70% correlation with stocks these days. Some call it all the same market which makes diverisification very difficult.

All the same market basically saying that we have two markets: US treasury and Others(include stocks, corporate bonds, junk bonds, commodities).These two markets move in different direction at the same time.
