Should I short sell AONE, JCI and some other stocks?

Seems Federal government is subsiding these companies at least for now.  Do you enjor similar policy? Could you also access public resources through IPO?

How good does this techniquie compete with NIMJ (used on RAV4 EVs) and hybrid technique?
