borrow money from China

Hi:  Please give me some suggestion.

We would like to buy a house, but only have 10% down pay, since we have not sold our current house.

If we would like to borrow money from family in China, say 30K.

1.  How to do this? Any tax/income issue for us?

2. If we return the money back in the future, Do we have to pay some kind of tax?
