low income housing, mostly funded by HUD, usually catalyzed in different areas, such as, section 8, income base credit, low income housing credit, and farmers home, all these program are developed in the 60s, HUGE HUGE HUGE MONEY IN IT.. this field usually monopolized by handful of company in each state, not easy to get in...or at least I try but not luck.
