说好反点，agent反悔了

 

在我们签的buyer agreement里，说好的反点1%。我们房子买了之后，他临时反悔，从1%里面克扣了各种expense, 就给我们$100的

 

agreement里面是这么写的

I, **agent name**, agree to allow concession equivalent to 1% of net sale, paid to buyer in gift card form no later than 10 days after closing.

 

同学们觉得我告赢的机会大吗？ 另外打算先写一封正式的信给他（copy他的broker,他现在只是salesman)。 这封信有什么漏洞马？先汗一个，俺的英语比较差

You recent behavior bleached our “Buyer Representation Agreement” that was signed on Mar 18th.

Although I am disappointed by the inconsistency of your behavior, I still appreciate your effort to help me buy this house.  Based on your clean record at TREC, I believe you have the ability to do the right thing. I don’t see it is necessary for me to take any legal action for the time being. However, I reserve the right to take legal actions when necessary.

 

 

Although our agreement states that you will pay me no later than 10 days after closing, I offer to extend the deadline considering our happy cooperation so far except the gift card discrepancy from our agreement.  I expect to receive the gift card with a value of "1% of net sale price” as stated in our signed “Buyer Representation Agreement” by May 11th, 2011
