In a long run the prices of these properties will manage to keep up inflation as is already well established historically. My 10% return is on top of inflation so to speak. Inflation steadily pumps up my property prices in a long run, which I will benefit when I sell my properties one day. The 10% rental return is, I believe, in addition to inflation-caused price appreciation. Am I missing something?
