Wells Fargo Home Mortgage with full documentation on this Monday.

The house was out last friday. We signed the offer on Saturday Morning for $ 490,000 after we saw the house.   It's just this house need a lot money to fix them up. It could easily cost around $50,000....  

At this moment, we just wait and see....
