还是escrow的问题,请教va-landlord和各位老大
Our purchase agreement shows
“60 day escrow,
the loan contingency shall remain in effect until the designated loans are funded.
我的理解是如果到了60天,我们没法提供足够的fund, 那么卖家可以取消合同,把房子卖给别人,但应该退还我们的deposit。对不对?
Va-landlord的回帖说if the seller can find another buyer with a higher price, s/he can take your deposit and sell to the other buyer。意思是卖主可以不退还deposit? 我们的finance contingency也不能帮我们拿回deposit吗?
