刚收到agent的信说现在的17天deadline到了，卖方的broker

has the right to put the house back on the market。这个是什么说道？
是不是说 either buyer or seller have the right to cancel the contract within 17 days without penalty?

过了17天他如果不取消合同，是不是就得等到60天？到了60天，我们如果拿不到贷款，他取消合同时，我们能拿回定金吗？
