你没有参加401K，你可以建立Traditional IRA, $5000,

Box 13. If the “Retirement plan” box is checked, special limits may apply to the
amount of traditional IRA contributions you may deduct.

 

因为没有check，所以没有 special limits。 只有一般的limit：$5000
