current law require you to file a 1099-misc for any non-employee SERVICE value more than $600, but as new law become effective in 2011, both GOOD AND SERVICE value more than $600 needs one, which will be crazy, how am I going to send a 1099 to lowes/walmart/sears/or whatever..haha....

senate already pass the bill to remove that requirement, but still waiting on the house to act.
