Just as "four" posted, this is a private fund by invitation/referral with certain conditions/qualifications. The deal is slightly better than sharepost.com, but very similar - you pay $4,000 fee for buying $50,000 worth of shares, and you need to do 80-20 profit sharing with the fund manager, plus some other cut. You not only have risks on facebook, you also have risks on the fund and fund managers.
