Pls stay away from AT&T DSL service

We are running our own business and we know it is hard to run a business. So normally we do not want to bad mounth a company using this way. But without doing anything, AT&T will keep doing the same thing again and again to rip off their customers. We need to do something to stop this!

For those of you who want to use AT&T DSL service, read the link below and think about this carefully. Look at how awful their service is!

We have Time warner cable at home. As a backup internet connection for our business, we chose AT&T DSL a few months ago. They cannot keep their promise for promotion rate and keep overcharging their customers. After numerous calls, we finally decide to quit. Then when we want to cancel the service, they said we were in the promotion program (though they did not give us the promotion rate) and therefore have to pay $150 cancellation fee if without staying for 1 year. Really ridiculous!

 

If you do not want the trouble from the beginning, stay away from AT&T! If you had similar experience before with AT&T, pls post here!
