I have a short sale offer. got oral approved from first lender. There are two lenders, first one is American mortgage Inc, second one is chase. First lender ask for $5000 negotiation fee. 45 days to close. Is this normal processes? How to wave it?  how long it is take to get chase approve? Thanks
