求助：我的IRA Contribution 是 Tax deductable 吗？

老公contributes to retirement plan at work. My company offers retirement plan but I do not participate because it is really bad. I made some IRA contribution but are not sure if it (or part of it) is tax deductable. what is the income limit on this? $109000 or $177000? Thanks!
