你的买卖合同上是怎么说得呢?如果一定现在要做,你可以先做inspection,但不remove contingincy。 同时再起草一份addendum说 subject to re-inspection by COE.
另外在此给各位update一下:
Normally you should send in ESM when you get short sale Final Approval. But sometime seller or bank will ask ESM with the offer. If that is the case and either buyer or seller want to withdraw the offer BEFORE Final Approval come out, escrow will hold ESM for 45 days. Which means if you make an offer today and send in ESM, then on the day of 10, you want to quit, you have wait another 35 days to get your ESM back.
