What you wrote is unethical!  That should be nothing to brag about.   If Susan
only counters you but not the other offers, it is against rule set by Virginia
real estate board.  If one forwards this information to Virginia real estate
board; both you and Susan are in big trouble.   Man, it is nothing wrong to
advertise yourself to be a top-gun agent, but please be mindful the content of the story.
